The Bartlett Youth Soccer Association (BYSA), established in 1991, plays a vital role in organizing youth soccer leagues for Bartlett and nearby communities. It provides a structured environment for young athletes to develop their soccer skills and enjoy the sport in a recreational setting.

Recognizing the need for higher-level training and competition, the Bartlett Soccer Club was created to cater to players seeking more advanced training beyond the recreational leagues. This club focuses on skill development, tactical understanding, and competitive play, enabling players to enhance their abilities and potentially pursue soccer at higher levels.

In a strategic move to enhance competitive opportunities, BSC has partnered with the Tennessee Soccer Academy, collectively operating under the banner of Midsouth Futbol. This partnership opens doors for Bartlett players to compete in Division 1 of the Tennessee State League, offering pathways to regional and national competitions. This
collaboration not only elevates the level of play but also expands the resources and training available to young athletes in the area, fostering their growth and passion for soccer.
