Residents of Bartlett pay taxes to the city of Bartlett. Some of the taxes collected are used to fund the Bartlett Parks and Recreation Department. Since non-residents do not pay these city taxes, the city of Bartlett, through the BPRD, assesses a fee to non-resident players that use their city park fields.

Team Costs (Approximate)

Team costs are specific to each team. The team manager will provide you with the specific costs for your team. Monies
spent on City of Bartlett Non-Resident Fee and Midsouth Bartlett Club Dues pay for the framework of soccer – the
people that will teach the game and the place where the game will be taught. Money spent in Team Cost is for the actual matches the players will play. These matches will take the form of friendlies, league play and tournaments. Each of
these matches have an associated cost that is split amongst the team. Because of the number of variables (team age
group, # of players on your team, cost of the event, number of events, etc.), Team Costs are estimated.
