Sierra Kiser is the Executive Director & Owner of Midsouth Bartlett Soccer Club and Bartlett Youth Soccer League. Sierra grew up playing club soccer in the North MS/Memphis area under AC DeSoto, Unida Jaguars 94, OB Rush, TN Rush and Panathinaikos Soccer Academy as well as two years on the Mississippi ODP team. She graduated from Olive Branch High School with two-time all-conference and two-time DeSoto County All-Star selection. Sierra continued her career playing college soccer for Northwest MS Community College, then transferring to University of the Ozarks, while obtaining her Business Administration Degree. Once graduated, Sierra got her grassroots coaching license in 2019 and became the Olive Branch High School’s volunteer assistant coach for the boys’ soccer team. Moving on from there she began skills training for Bartlett Soccer Club. In 2020, she obtained her National D license and held an assistant coach title for a year. From 2022 to 2024, she held a head coaching position until accepting her new role as owner of the club and recreational league.

Outside of soccer, Sierra loves spending time with her husband and daughter.
